Can anyone recommend a full featured Home Automation System?

I have limited experience with home Automation Systems and need some ideas from people who install this equipment. The application with be in a disabled Veterans home who is wheelchair bound and has limited upper movement. The system needs to have a central computer unit to program various functions and should include door actuators, window actuator, phone system plugins, audio system and the like.
